Terms of Service
1. The service
KOLāZ Broadcast is operated by Alexander Roumeliotis, Greece (“KOLāZ”, “we”). It provides broadcast playout for TV channels and KOLāZ Relay, which joins a client's live sources into one stream and sends it to the destinations the client chooses (such as YouTube). These terms apply to everyone who uses it (“you”). What each client receives, and its price, is agreed with that client.
2. Your account
You receive a password for your client page. Keep it to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it. Tell us at once at hello@broadcast.kolaz.tv if you think someone else has it.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the programmes and streams you send through the service. You give us only the permission needed to receive, process and send them where you ask. You must have the rights to everything you broadcast, and it must be lawful and comply with the rules of the platforms you stream to (for example YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines). We may stop a stream that is plainly unlawful or that a platform or authority requires us to stop.
4. Connecting YouTube
If you connect your YouTube channel, you authorise KOLāZ Broadcast to manage your live broadcasts in order to keep your channel live, as described in our Privacy Policy. By connecting it you agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time, through us or at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Payment
Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the price agreed with you: either for a contract period, which renews at its end unless either side ends it, or month by month. We may pause a service whose payment is overdue, after telling you. Paused services keep your settings and work again as soon as payment is received.
6. Availability
We run the service around the clock and work to keep it on air, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted: it depends on internet connections, your sources, and third-party platforms such as YouTube, which are outside our control. We are not responsible for decisions those platforms make about your channel.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the affected service in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or audience. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the service
You may end a month-by-month service at any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. A contract service ends at the end of its contract period if you tell us before then. We may end the service if these terms are seriously breached. When a service ends, your access stops and your data is handled as our Privacy Policy describes.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with its date, and clients are told of important changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply.
10. Law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are decided by the courts of Athens, Greece, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer.
